For Narsha, hair has never been just about creating a beautiful style. It’s about the person wearing it—their confidence, individuality, and how they feel when they look in the mirror. Originally from Miami, Florida, Narsha is a licensed Master Cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her journey began in a private, full-service salon, where she developed her foundation in women’s hair care and discovered a genuine passion for creating styles that not only look beautiful but also maintain the health and integrity of the hair. 

As her career evolved, so did her expertise. After years of primarily serving women, Narsha stepped into the world of men’s grooming and became a manager and trainer for several Sport Clips locations throughout Georgia and Florida. For nearly a decade, she focused intently on men’s haircuts, grooming, leadership, and stylist development. That experience gave her something unique—a deep understanding of both women’s and men’s hair care and the ability to comfortably serve both behind the same chair. But Narsha’s journey has always extended beyond hair. 

With a background in psychology, she took a step away from the beauty industry during the COVID season and returned to the field of psychology, working as a Behavior Therapist with individuals on the autism spectrum. Her passion for people, personal growth, and transformation also led her into intervention coaching, where she has worked with individuals seeking to heal, rediscover themselves, rebuild confidence, and move forward with greater clarity. 

Eventually, Narsha found herself returning to the beauty industry with an even greater understanding of something she had known for years: what happens in the salon chair can be about so much more than hair. Today, she brings all of those experiences together in the way she serves her clients. Her expertise includes precision cutting, pixie cuts, silk presses, natural and healthy-hair care, treatments, braiding and protective styling, men’s cuts and fades, beard grooming, and customized styling. But just as important as her technical experience is her ability to listen. Narsha understands that every person who sits in her chair comes with different hair, different concerns, a different lifestyle, and a different vision for themselves.

She believes you should never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. Her goal is to create an experience where clients feel heard, comfortable, cared for, and confident in the services they receive. That philosophy is at the heart of Crowns & Clippers. After more than two decades behind the chair, Narsha still loves the transformation that happens when a client sees the finished result. Sometimes it’s a new haircut. Sometimes it’s healthier hair. Sometimes it’s simply seeing a little more confidence in the mirror. And for Narsha, that will always be the beauty of what she does.
